Oh hello there!
I’m the director of vote.gov, thinking about how we can register more people to vote! I’ve worked with many government agencies as part of 18F, rethinking and redesigning public benefits services so they’re more accessible for people.
My past jobs were mostly in the food space. I was the managing editor of James Beard Award-winning website Serious Eats, the marketing lead for online grocery marketplace Good Eggs, a consultant for kitchenware company OXO, and a recipe tester for The New Orleans Kitchen cookbook.
I've written for Food Network, Serious Eats, Bon Appetit, Saveur, Washingtonian Magazine, and The Washington Post.
I’m also an editor for Geaux Girl, a New Orleans-based magazine that empowers, informs, and inspires teen girls. (You geaux girl!)
